Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Cocobee Baby. We hope you love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Unwashed and unworn

• In original packaging with tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please contact us and we will provide instructions.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@cocobeebaby.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalised or customised products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
